Michael Risk has been active in the Halifax dental community for more than 32 years, and is committed to creating products of the
highest standard of quality — made with the highest-quality materials.
After graduating from the Nova Scotia School of Denturism in 1980, Michael developed an interest in cosmetic dentistry and dental
implant technology. He was fascinated by the idea of giving patients beautiful smiles that are so natural-looking, no one could ever
tell they were created using dental implants.
Michael has spent the last three decades continuing to further his dental implantology education through continuing education
courses all over the globe — most recently in Texas, Toronto, New York, Chicago, and Germany. He also participates in an
Implant Study Club with dentists and other technicians.
He believes dental implants have the power to change a person’s life. As Lab Manager of Smile House Dental Lab, Michael is proud
to head a team of talented professionals that have such an amazing impact on the lives of Canadians.
